Little Frog and the Secret Magic

'Little Frog and the Secret Magic' is the book, as a psychotherapist and ex- children's social worker, that I've always wanted to write - and paint. With illustrations on most of the 69 pages, it tells the story of Little Frog going on a journey to the big oak tree and meeting various informative characters - who share mindfulness tips or wisdom - along the way. It's uniqueness comes with the fact that it's interspersed with fun exercises designed to help children ( and adults!) identify, understand and manage our challenging human feelings. It really could be a life-changing book, bringing mindfulness - and our own bodies -to life in a joyous way .

If used in the classroom, this book could provide important talking points for a whole academic year, just as it could become a great asset and 'awareness enhancer' ( and calming tool) - to any family or group... "And what would Little Frog/the Blue Bird say or do in this situation?..."
